For athletes and anyone active
You don’t have to be on a team. Runners, lifters, weekend players and people who simply stay active all pick up aches and injuries. Dr. Toth’s aim is to find out why it happened, help you recover, and lower the chance it happens again.

Injuries we commonly see
- Sprains and strains of muscles, ligaments and tendons
- Joint injuries in the shoulder, knee and ankle
- Tendonitis from overuse, such as at the elbow or Achilles
- Back and neck pain from training, impact or repetition
What care can include
- Gentle adjustments to restore joint motion and alignment
- Soft tissue work such as massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy
- Rehab exercises to rebuild strength and flexibility in the injured area
- Nutrition guidance to support recovery
